WHO WE ARE

Hawaiian Airlines Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, non-profit financial cooperative whose members are both owners and savers, as well as potential borrowers. Demonstrating the philosophy of "people helping people," members pool their money by purchasing shares, thus making low-cost loans and other financial benefits available to all members. Interest received on loans comes back to members in the form of dividends.

Our main purpose as a member-owned financial institution is to provide our members with top quality financial services and to effectively promote their well being.

ORGANIZATION

Board of Directors
Hawaiian Airlines Federal Credit Union is governed by a five-member Board, which is responsible for establishing policies and guiding the overall operation of the credit union. Any member in good standing is eligible for nomination to the Board. Monthly board meetings are held to review existing programs and services, to review the credit union's financial condition, to direct the investment of funds and to consider new legislation and regulations that affect the credit union industry.

Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors. The committee is responsible for conducting an annual audit and also a verification of members' accounts as required under NCUA regulations.

Staff
Both our offices are staffed by a professional group of employees whose goal is to provide efficient and courteous service to all members. Board-appointed loan officers are responsible for executing the loan policies established by the Board.

WHO CAN JOIN

All Hawaiian Airlines' employees and their immediate family are eligible for membership. Even if you terminate your employment or retire from Hawaiian Airlines, you and your family will retain your credit union membership and continue to take advantage of our many services.

HOW TO JOIN

Eligible applicants complete a simple membership application and make a minimum deposit of $50. Once the application is processed, new members are entitled to our many services and benefits.

OFFICE HOURS & LOCATIONS

We have two convenient locations to serve you. Our main office, located near the Hawaiian Airlines Maintenance Hangar, is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Our branch office, located at the Hawaiian Airlines Corporate Headquarters on Koapaka Street, is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We are required by law to provide this privacy notice to you. This notice describes our privacy policy and practices regarding the personal information that we collect and disclose, including the parties who receive personal, and sometimes non-public, information from us as we conduct the business of our credit union. Please contact us if you should have any questions about this notice.

Hawaiian Airlines Federal Credit Union collects non-public personal information about you from the following sources:

• information that we receive from you on members' applications or other forms.
• information about your transactions with us or others.
• information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. If you decide to terminate your membership, or become an inactive member, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as permitted or required by law.

We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to have the information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards which comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.
